MindStaq is an AI-native work management workspace built by MindStaq LLC. We connect people, projects, knowledge, and AI agents in one shared record so teams spend less time coordinating and more time moving work forward.

Who we are

In 2019, MindStaq set out to rethink the fundamental elements of how people interact in enterprise teams and high-value projects. Technology keeps changing, but too many of the tools teams rely on every day are stuck in the past: fragmented, cumbersome, and built around the software instead of the people using it.

Our goal is to replace that complexity with products defined by streamlined simplicity and versatile functionality. MindStaq Work Management was our first product to market, growing from 2021 onward as companies rethought how they operate. Today we are extending that foundation with AI agents that work alongside people from the same shared record of projects, decisions, and knowledge.

Our core principle

Our design principle is mindfulness, rooted in the Sanskrit word Chitta, which also gives our company its name. We start with the individual, because companies are made of their people. Helping each person execute their daily digital work well is what lets us build a team experience, and the organisational capabilities, that help the whole company thrive.

    • Since 2009 has delivered products in mobile robotics, computer vision, self-driving vehicles, remote asset monitoring, and access control.
